Our story
Built around the room.
Core AVL was founded on a simple read of the industry: most production companies sell a catalog. The good ones design for the room. We started with the second posture — a small team obsessed with how an event actually feels in the back row, on camera, and three months after install.
Today, the work runs from arena keynotes for Fortune 500 brands to permanent integrations in worship and corporate venues across the country. The clients are different; the discipline is the same. We design systems that perform under pressure, hand off cleanly, and stay supported long after the trucks leave.
Most of our growth has come the same way our work runs: word of mouth, referrals, repeat phone calls. Every project is run by the people who designed it. The phone gets answered.

Founder & Principal
Paul founded Core AVL in 2022, bringing fifteen-plus years in audio engineering and live production to professional environments where reliability is non-negotiable. Latin Grammy– and Dove Award–nominated for his music production work, he leads design, integration, and showtime operations for clients including the Dallas Mavericks, Trinity Church, and Aliento Music Group.
